Sample inspection pack

The record you hand the inspector.

When an environmental health officer asks how your staff are trained, this is what frunt prints. The sample is our showcase restaurant's, The Copper Table, which is made up, exported exactly as a manager downloads it.

  • The team at a glance

How many of the courses that apply to your team are current, and how many people and live courses that covers.

  • Every person's courses

Passed, expired, not started, or outdated because the document behind it changed. With the evidence: which version of the course they passed, their score, when, and when it's due again.

  • Training done elsewhere

A certificate a new starter brought with them is recorded as manager-attested, never shown as a frunt pass.

  • The documents they've signed

Each person's sign-off on the documents everyone has to read, such as the allergen matrix and the food safety procedure, with the date. Pending where they haven't yet.

It's printed when you ask for it, from the same record your dashboard shows. Nobody can promise what an inspector will accept, and we don't. What inspectors look for.
