How it works
From a folder nobody opens to a team that knows it.
Most restaurants have some of their paperwork, some of it out of date, and very little of it in anyone's head. frunt starts from wherever yours is today and takes it the rest of the way.
Step 1: Complete
Know what you're missing, and get it drafted.
frunt checks what you have against the documents a restaurant like yours is expected to keep, shows you the gaps, and drafts the missing ones from what it already knows about your venue. You read the draft, change what's wrong, and adopt it. Nothing goes live on frunt's say-so.

Step 2: Correct
Checked, not just filed.
Every upload is read, classified and compared with what that kind of document should cover, then kept as a dated version. When something's wrong, frunt says so. Here it caught an allergen matrix it couldn't read, so it refuses allergen questions until the grid is fixed.

Step 3: Available
On every phone, for the people who need it.
You choose which roles see which documents. Staff find theirs in the frunt app, and when a document changes everyone has the new version, with the change on record.

Step 4: Understood
Anyone can ask, in plain words.
Staff ask frunt the way they'd ask you, and the answer comes from your own paperwork with the document it came from. Allergen questions are answered from your checked allergen matrix, or not at all.

Step 5: Proven
Trained, and you can prove it.
frunt turns your documents into short courses for each role, flags retraining when a document changes, and keeps a dated record of who has done what, ready to print as an inspection pack.

The inspection pack, as frunt prints it
The same sample venue's record, exactly as frunt exports it: each person's courses and document sign-offs, with dates.

At a computer
Run it from the dashboard.
It runs in any browser. It's where your documents go in and courses go out, so it's made for a proper screen. Pick it up whenever you're next at one.
frunt on WhatsApp
Or just message it.
frunt has its own WhatsApp number. You and your team each link a phone once, then message it whenever you need something, and it answers from your restaurant's documents.
- Every reply ends with its sources and the date, so a screenshot passed on still shows where it came from and when.
- Allergen questions follow the same rule: your checked matrix, or no answer.
- Only numbers linked to your restaurant get answers from your documents, and there's nothing to install.

Setting up
We set it up with you.
You don't need your paperwork sorted before you start. Sorting it out is part of what frunt is for.
Send us what you have.
PDFs, photos of the folder, the laminated sheet by the pass. However messy it is.
We work through it together.
frunt files it, flags what's missing and drafts the gaps, over a few short sessions rather than one long one.
You check it, and it's yours.
Nothing reaches your team until you've confirmed it. Then they get the app.
Your data
What happens to your documents.
You're trusting us with your restaurant's documents, so here are the facts. The full detail, down to every company involved, is in our privacy policy.
Stored in the EU, encrypted.
Your documents and records are kept in Ireland, and they're encrypted while stored and while being sent.
Kept apart from other restaurants.
The database itself keeps each restaurant's data separate, and your team only sees the documents you've chosen for their role.
Read by AI, never used to train it.
To read your documents and answer questions, their content goes to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI in the US, under UK data-transfer agreements. Staff certificates and right-to-work documents never go to AI at all.
We prepare. Only you approve.
When we set you up, our support account can upload and sort your documents but can't approve any of them, and anything it uploads is marked as ours. We remove it once you're set up.
Yours, on your instructions.
In data-protection terms your restaurant is the controller and we're the processor: we only use your data to do what you've asked. If you leave, your documents are deleted.
Registered with the ICO.
The ICO is the UK's data protection regulator, and our entry on its public register is ZC173549. Every company that handles your data is named in our privacy policy, and we tell you before we add one.
Why it matters
The allergen matrix on a clipboard is out of date the moment a supplier swaps an ingredient. frunt keeps the document, the training and the record moving together.
